Wei provides strategic advice in marketing development, construction management and engineering consultancies. His work spans technical engineering, business development and building relationships with key Concrete-It customers and local government.
Wei’s career in construction management and infrastructure development has included the sign-off of many large-scale projects.

Rod’s business acumen includes investing in advanced technology and the best people. His drive for perfection is a key factor in Concrete-It’s reputation for providing timely, cost- effective concrete solutions for even the most challenging concreting projects and sites.
Rod’s extensive experience in construction, project and contract management, also includes lifting and levelling buildings and heavy multi-storey structures. He is also CEO and GM of House Lifters Limited - recognised in the 2016 Deloitte Fast 50 index as one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing companies.

Jerico’s role includes estimating and managing project costs: from feasibility stage, through to completion. His passion for engineering, science and mathematics is the perfect combination for calculating budgets, preparing detailed estimates (e.g. material, labour, services) and contributing to Concrete-It completing projects on time and within budget.
Jerico has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil/Structural engineering from the University of Auckland, where his research included seismic engineering for buildings.

A natural leader, Mark oversees daily business operations. His GM responsibilities include contract, client and team management. E.g., tendering, quotes, hiring and training, Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, onsite prestart handovers, and site inspections.
Mark’s impressive experience encompasses owning and operating a commercial and residential concrete placing business. He also worked in the construction industry on commercial and residential projects in Australia and New Zealand (concrete work and carpentry); from underground tunnels, to high-rise buildings.
Outside work Mark follows his many passions, which include fishing, scuba-diving, motorboats, sailing and tramping.

After a successful career applying her Bachelor of Teaching and Learning degree, Malina was excited about new challenges and became involved in marketing; in construction, lifting and levelling, and now the concreting industry.
Malina’s commitment and drive contribute significantly to the back-office management and growth of Concrete-It.
Ying has a Bachelor of Engineering, and Master of Professional Accountancy and Finance degree. She brings cross-functional business development and corporate finance management expertise to the Concrete-It team, in addition to 12 years of high-performance experience as a sales manager at Vallourec S.A. (a multinational manufacturing company).
